Joined Healthybaby as one of the first employees and led design and product departments from 0 to 1. Oversaw a brand refresh and launch of a headless site build, while personally redesigning the content-rich e-commerce site as the company moves into an omnichannel retail strategy.
Helped establish the design team for a century-old magazine and build a site that is intuitive for editors and useful for subscribers. With a subscription-based business model, I was able to increase digital subs by 36% while expanding the digital product portfolio.
